Description
As the Benelux Key Account Manager Omnichannel, eCommerce (Online accounts) and department stores, footwear- and fashion stores (Offline Key retailers)


Responsibilities

  • Develop with owner the Omni-channel Strategy and growth plan for the offline and online retailers / digital accounts and pop-stores in the Benelux
  • Partner with the Team on the development of an account specific business plan to achieve the overall growth plan
  • Develop relationships with Retailers and E-tailers (Market places) and to provide sales service to our retail partners working with Market places
  • Identify and lead new business opportunities within Key accounts and E-Commerce
  • digital accounts
  • Identify and follow relevant KPI's, track the necessary data and manage the weekly follow-up against the targets
  • Monitor and improve brand distribution, representation, and discoverability
  • Engage and collaborate with multifunctional teams (marketing, trade marketing, B2B, sales, operations) to drive the execution of the business strategy
  • Create brand awareness, work on brand activation and consumer activation
  • Cooperate and support the internal teams in digitalization
  • Partner with supply chain and the customers to ensure sales forecasting, product availability and customer service levels


Requirements

  • You have a master’s degree (ex. Commercial, Engineering, Business, Economics, Marketing) with a passion for footwear and fashion / lifestyle
  • You have minimum 3 years of relevant Sales/KAM experience, and you are experienced in working with Omnichannel/ Market places/ online accounts
  • You love to sell on the road, visit customers frequently and from the showroom
  • You have an advanced knowledge of web analytics, and knowledge of creative web design, site functionality, usability, and marketing
  • Your mother tongue is Dutch, and you speak fluent English
  • You have a commercial mind and are driven by sales results
  • You are a team player, a people person and real relation builder
  • You are a skilled negotiator with great communication and presentation skills
  • You are strong in analytics and you think solutions
