The Brand
For Believers is looking for an e-Commerce Manager for a fast-growing International Sportswear brand for Men. The collections are colorful, innovative and are characterized using unique and self-designed prints and artwork. From the new HQ in Amsterdam, the collections are designed and sold to more than 2000 leading retailers. In more then 15 different countries. In addition, the company has 40 brand stores in various major cities in the Netherlands and abroad.
Responsibilities
Because of the fast-growing pace of the online branch, we are looking for an E-commerce Manager to oversee their commercial growth on the webshop and their revenue on marketplaces. As Ecommerce Manager, you develop and manage digital strategies for online channels. Together with the Designteam and Marketing Department, you are coordinating the developments of product content and oversee reaching online sales targets. With your strategic mindset, you will create and optimize the Magento web shop as well as keeping in contact with marketing agency for online campaigns. You oversee the P&L, PKI’s, budgeting, and relationship management of key partners.
Requirements
- University-level of thinking and working, with a commercial background
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of eCommerce
- Comfortable with setting up and optimizing funnel growth strategies, products, and processes
- You can optimize the store (Magento)
- Knowledgeable in marketplaces processes, especially Zalando, via integrator Channel Engine
- Full-funnel optimization responsible
- Experience working with paid channels (including Facebook, Google, Affiliate Platform) and optimizing metrics such as ROAS and CAC.
- A data-driven and analytical mindset to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources
- Strong communicative, organizational and leadership qualities
- Fluent in English and Dutch (speaking and writing) – German is a pre
