Get rewarded for helping the people you love with For Believers referral rewards program.
For any new candidate we place in a full-time position, or new client referral that you make, For Believers will reward you in cash or donate to one of our favorite charities of your choice. It’s a tiered system so the more you recommend, the more you get to spend.
First referral € 200
Second referral € 300
Third referral € 450
Fourth+ referral € 600
For any temporary employee referral we place, we will pay € 100.
- Full time candidates must stay in their new role for a 90 probationary period for the reward to be paid out
- “New” candidate means a candidate not currently in the For Believers network/database
- You may claim your reward AFTER a candidate has been placed in a new job. Client referrals will be paid out when a new job is filled.

We will only represent and share candidates who have been vetted by For Believers and social media verification, as well as personality assessment protocols. We will inform you from the start regarding any gaps in employment of specific details about a candidate that are important to know before you make a hire.
